1) Pick-up cost
Pick-up from our store is free. We are located in Patrida, Veria, 5th km of Veria-Naoussa, ZIP 59100.
2) Availability
Contact us first for the product you are interested in. Several products are available at our facilities while some will be available within 1-3 working days from your order.
Shipping to all of Greece.
3) Shipping Cost
Our products are shipped throughout Greece in collaboration with a courier company as well as with shipping companies for big and heavy products.
The cost of cash on delivery for all orders is € 3 (shipping with cash on delivery is not supported on shipments with shipping companies).
For orders up to 2 kg (or volumetrically) the shipping cost is € 3 for mainland Greece and € 3 for island Greece.
For orders of 2 – 5 kilos (or volumetric) the charge is 5 € for mainland Greece and 5 € for island island.
For orders of 5 – 10 kg (or volumetric) the charge is € 9 for mainland Greece and € 10 for island Greece.
For every extra kilo of weight over ten (10), the cost is € 1.5 per kilo for mainland and island Greece.
Shipping to remote areas and remote islands is charged with € 3 in addition to shipping costs depending on the weight category and geographical location.
Excluded products
For very heavy or big items, we suggest that you take advantage of the shipping companies’ charges. In any case, contact us before ordering at 23310 67515.
4) Shipping company exceptions
In case you choose a transport company, the available payment methods are either the deposit in a bank account of our company, or the payment by credit / debit card. Cash on delivery is not accepted through transport companies. You pay the shipping costs to the shipping company upon receiving your order.
5) Delivery Time
For products readily available, delivery time is one (1) to three (3) work days for all of Greece.
6) Order Delays
Fytofarm is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of your orders, which are not due to the fault of the company or constitute incidents of force majeure such as problems in the road network, severe weather, strikes, etc.
